With almost 20 years of experience in the sale of foreclosed properties, 100% Real Estate, Inc. expanded its daily operations in 1999 to include performing a portion of the Listing Broker work required to market and sell real estate that is HUD-owned in the State of Florida. Our sales volume has consistently been the highest in the country for 5 years, earning our real estate company the “Top Sales Volume” award from HUD’s Marketing & Management Contractor. In 2004, our award-winning office extended its services to include the marketing and sale of REO properties for Bank of America N.A. and HUD-owned properties in the State of Georgia. Now we are pleased to offer REO's from Countrywide.
